Member Benefits
We invite you to become a member of the Harvard Club of Washington, D.C. Several membership levels are available to alumni, and membership is open to current students, parents of current undergraduates and graduate school students, and spouses of deceased Club members as well.
Membership offers you an opportunity to be part of the large Harvard community in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and a chance to stay connected to Harvard University through educational and networking events that bring together Harvard alumni, faculty, and staff. Benefits of membership include discounts on admission to many Club events, as well as access to member-only events. And because the Harvard Club is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, membership dues are fully deductible as allowed by law.
Your dues and other contributions also allow the Club to continue it mission and purpose by:
• raising funds for scholarships for undergraduate students from the Washington, D.C. area;
• providing opportunities for professional networking with other Harvard alumni;
• assisting Harvard University in the Washington, D.C. area by interviewing high school seniors applying to Harvard College;
• supporting a variety of community service activities;
• providing stipends to Harvard undergraduates to work in D.C.-area non-profit organizations over the summer;
• providing book awards, the Harvard Prize Book, to outstanding D.C. area high school students in their junior class as a way of recognizing their excellence and attracting talented students to Harvard.
We hope you will join us! You may register or renew your membership online, or contact membership@harvard-dc.org for information on how to register.
